We will develop and evaluate digital platforms that connect health surveillance to disease specific computational guidelines, care pathway engines, training and health system interventions. This links directly with work POPULATION HEALTH and DIGITAL INTERVENTION. We will demonstrate and evaluate the platform in all four partner countries. We will collaborate with WHO to advance international standards for computational guidelines and decision support and develop modular digital solutions for care co-ordination and care pathway delivery that are scalable, evidence based, interoperable and generalisable.
